About Mary's Dowry Productions

Mary'sDowryProducions is a film production company that is based in West Sussex, England, U.K.  We were founded in 2007 and are a team of friends and family with various qualifications that use the latest technology to make, score and produce films, documentaries and biographies on our Catholic Heritage in England and sometimes further afield.

Mary's Dowry was once the name used to refer to England due to the renowned devotion and Roman Catholic spirituality of the English people for centuries.  We chose it as the name of our company due to our location and Faith.  We set up the film company to promote and produce interesting and orthodox documentaries about that English Roman Catholic history and heritage, particularly in our area of West Sussex, after discovering a great void in the market for such projects.  We want to promote and remember great Roman Catholic Saints, Shrines and contemporary events and projects in England, Mary's Dowry.

We are always producing and planning a vast array of good Orthodox Catholic documentaries and biographies of outstanding Roman Catholic English laity, Saints, Martyrs, Shrines and events throughout England and mainly in the South where we are based.  Our aim is to contribute in our small way to resources on particular areas of our precious Catholic heritage so that we may be inspired by our ancestors and contemporaries and renew our devotion to the wealth of heritage that we have.
