Blessed Margaret Pole's life is a very powerful witness to the Catholic Faith.  She was an important part of the history of England and her death was a great witness to Catholicism.  This Short Film from Mary's Dowry Productions tells the story of Blessed Margaret Pole, 8th Countess of Salisbury, who was martyred under the command of King Henry VIII in 1541.

Margaret Pole was the last legitimate member of the Plantegent dynasty, friends with Queen Catherine of Aragon and Godmother to Princess Mary Tudor.  Over the course of time, Margaret Pole watched her loved ones suffer inprisonment and death until she herself was martyred.

With dramatic visuals filmed on location at Cowdray Ruins, with a powerful original music score this film shares with you the tale of one of the greatest martyrs of Sussex.
