Saint Cuthman is a Saxon Saint whose life was full of miracles.  This biography of Saint Cuthman of Steyning, West Sussex was filmed on location in areas associated with this lovely Saint of England.  He was venerated even before the Norman Conquest of England and the church that he built in the 7th Century can still be visited today.

Saint Philip Howard: English Martyr

A new film about this heroic English Jesuit priest and his mission to bring hope to the persecuted Catholics of Elizabethan England, even in the face of a certain Martyr's death on Tyburn's Gallows.  Using original footage to portray key elements of St. Edmund Campion's life, the narrative is from St. Edmund's point of view as he tells the unfolding events of his life and death.

An original documentary that tells the account of Margaret Pole, Countess of Salisbury who was born at Castle Farley, near Bath  in 1473.  She was martyred at East Smithfield Green 1541. In custody she was committed to Cowdray Park, near Midhurst in West Sussex, and removed to the tower of London where she was beheaded after two years imprisonment.  With stills and original footage of Cowdry today, this document is scored and narrated to introduce you to a great English Blessed.

Blessed Margaret Pole

A documentary that follows the Martyrs Walk, a yearly event in London that begins at Tower Hill and follows the paths the Martyrs took to the Tyburn Gallows.  This 30 minute documentary is interspersed with miving biographies of Saints who died for the Catholic Faith in England, told in their own words.  This is the second production from Mary's Dowry Productions and gives a good encounter with many English Martyrs.

A Catholic Art  documentary showing the fascinating journey of English Roman Catholic self-taught artist Gary Bevans who painted an exact copy of the Vatican's Sistine Chapel Ceiling on the roof of his local Catholic Church.  With never-before-seen footage and interviews.  This DVD runs for almost one hour and gives a good insight into a work of art painted on the ceiling of a Catholic church in the South of England.

Saint Etheldreda: Abbess of Ely

Saint Etheldreda was a Saxon Princess and then Queen, whose devotion to Christ bore fruit in her example of purity and chastity.  Her story follows her life and miracles culminating in her founding a famous Abbey in Ely of which she was Abbess.  Her body was incorrupt for centuries until her Shrine was destroyed by King Henry VIII in England. This DVD uses original footage to portray St. Etheldreda's inspiring life, beautiful Sacred Art and historical imagery, with thoughtul narration from St. Etheldreda's viewpoint and absorbing original music.

Saint Wilfrid was a Bishop of Saxon England whose life and witness for the Church has a message of his insistance of loyalty to the Pope and the Church of Rome.  He was the Apostle of Sussex and his story is presented using historical imagery, drama and narration.  With original footage to portray key events in St. Wilfrid's life, interesting ancient artwork and Sacred art and imagery, this production is educational, historic and absorbing, with an original soundtrack that captures the mood of ancient England.

Saint Margaret Clitherow's life and martyrdom for the Roman Catholic faith is a powerful witness for the priesthood and fidelity to the Church.  This young woman's story is here presented in a beautiful production using well-planned original sets and narration.  This DVD is one of Mary's Dowry Productions' feature films containing sets, costume and historical narative. 

Saint Margaret Clitherow

Saint Philip Howard's story is set in Arundel, West Sussex and the Tower of London. With a beautiful castle and a Cathedral that houses his shrine, this documentary aquaints viewers with Saint Philip's life and death for his Catholic Faith.  This is the first film produced by Mary's Dowry Productions upon our founding and has a selection of original footage, historical imagery, sacred art and narration.  It is told from St. Philip Howard's point of view.
